As salam o alaikum I am nearly 89 years old, I never heared about the aitekaaf of more then 0 days of the Last Ashra of Ramzan, today my nephew told me that Molvi Ilyas Qadry is practicing the 30 days Aitekaf in Ramzaan, I want to know about this act of him; is there any evidence from the preveious scholars of Islam? Dear Scholars of Islam, I have nearly completed the journey of my life, but I am still in the search of true spirit of Islam, may you give me a fatwa about the permisibility or non permesibility of this act of Molvi Ilyas Qadry?
