Fatwa # ( 1145 ) Ask New Fatwa
Question:
my question is about haj-e-badl.i want to perform haj for my deceased father.i,m not sure it was obligatory for him or not when he died.As i am living in saudia and have performed my haj 5 years back.Now when i had planned for this haj someone told that i can not do so because i m living in saudia n my meeqat is different than that of my father.and if i have to do that haj i will have to come from the same meeqat which was supposed to b for my father. My other question is that my husband has already performed 2 haj.he is not willing to go but he says if you will go i will accompany you as mehram.If i ask him to go with me against his will will it not be asinfull deed to compel him for going against his will?
